FAQ's

Is there a restaurant on site?

We are currently serving brunch from Thursday to Sunday 9-2pm. July and August, it will be available 7 days a week. We have a special Pub Night on Friday night from 3-9pm. Reservations are encouraged.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is from 3pm and check out is 11am. Staff are on site between 9am and 4pm daily. The morning of your reservation, you will receive an email with the code to the front door, directions to your room and the code to your room. 

Where is Jackson's Falls Country Inn located?

Jackson's Falls Country Inn is located close to the gorgeous and picturesque Milford. Approximately 14 minutes from Picton. For avid bike riders, its 30-40 minute bike ride from Milford. 

Is breakfast/brunch included in the room rate?

Breakfast is billed separately from the room rate as our menu ranges in price. Reservations for breakfast/brunch are encouraged for everyone to make prior to arriving.

Can I bring my dog?

Jackson's Falls Country Inn is dog friendly. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Dogs must stay off of all beds, furniture and communal seating. As we operate the dining room as a restaurant, pets are not able to come in there. During warmer months, we welcome all pets to the patio. 

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Travelers who cancel 72 hours or more before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
  • Travelers who cancel less than 72 hours before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus tax.
