Is there a restaurant on site?

We do not have a restaurant on site. There are many great dining options in the County, we are more than happy to recommend one for you!

Our guest lounge is a wine bar open on Friday's between 3 and 6pm. 

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is from 3pm and check out is 11am. Staff are on site between 9am and 4pm daily. The morning of your reservation, you will receive an email with the code to the front door, directions to your room and the code to your room. 

Where is Jackson's Falls Country Inn located?

Jackson's Falls Country Inn is located close to the gorgeous and picturesque Milford. Approximately 14 minutes from Picton. For avid bike riders, its 30-40 minute bike ride from Milford. 

What is included in the cold continental breakfast?

We supply a complimentary cold continental breakfast daily. This comes in a handy box and is placed in your fridge just prior to your check in and replenished during our turn down service. It contains a muffin, granola, yogurt and fresh fruit. If you have any allergies, please let us know.

Can I bring my dog?

Jackson's Falls Country Inn is dog friendly. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Dogs must stay off of all beds, furniture and communal seating. Dogs can't be left unattended in rooms due to close proximity of some of the suites. We want to make sure our other guests have a relaxing and peaceful stay.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made between 3pm, 14 days and 7 days prior to to the date of arrival, the cancellation fee is less the deposit.

Cancellations made after 3pm, 7 days prior to the date of arrival, will result in in a full charge for the entire length of the stay or the opportunity to rebook.
